Terms

Invite-only. Beta-grade. Revocable.

These terms apply to the Rosi website and the current beta app. The product is still unstable, access is selective, and the rules are intentionally strict while we figure out what should ship.

Last updated May 6, 2026

At a glance

Free for now does not mean unrestricted.

You can use the beta only if we approve access, you follow the limits below, and you accept that the product may fail or disappear without notice.

Beta access

  • Rosi is currently an invite-only beta. We can approve, deny, pause, limit, or revoke access at any time.
  • Your access is personal to you. Do not share it, resell it, or make it available as a multi-user service unless we explicitly agree.
  • The current beta is free. We may change pricing, packaging, or access rules later.

Allowed use

  • Use Rosi only for lawful purposes and only with content, files, accounts, and permissions you have the right to use.
  • Do not use Rosi to spam, harass, impersonate, scrape private systems, bypass limits, probe security, or build a competing service from the beta.
  • Do not rely on Rosi for emergency use, safety-critical actions, or medical, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

Third-party services

  • Rosi depends on third-party services such as Telegram, model providers, email delivery, hosted infrastructure, and optional connectors.
  • Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, availability, and policies.
  • You are responsible for your connected accounts, permissions, and any third-party charges they create.

No warranty

  • This beta breaks. Outputs may be wrong, automations may misfire, integrations may fail, and data may be lost.
  • Rosi is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of uptime, accuracy, fitness, or merchantability.
  • We may modify, reset, or discontinue any part of the website or app at any time.
By using Rosi, you accept these beta conditions and the Privacy page. If that is too loose for your use case, wait until the product is more stable.
